Anxiety, depression, and trauma have a way of distorting our thoughts so that we are living in a constant state of worry, stuckness, or collapse.

Anxiety keeps us looking to (and worrying about) the future, while depression keeps us fixated on (and stuck in) the past.

But the truth is, life can only be fully lived in the present moment.

I teach skills to help with regulating emotions, which is often the missing piece to being able to stay in the present moment.

By practicing distress tolerance and grounding skills together, you can develop a sense of mastery and confidence that you can handle anything.
